Installation Note 37437: The SAS® Installation Qualification Tool fails upon installation of the tkjava.jar and the sas.launcher.jar files
When you use the SAS Installation Qualification Tool to verify an installation that only has SAS® Enterprise Miner™, the tkjava.jar and the sas.launcher.jar files will show multiple failures in the output for the SAS Installation Qualification tool.
The failure occurs because the two .jar files are installed twice. They are first installed with Base SAS® software. Then they are installed again with SAS Enterprise Miner. This overwriting of the .jar files invalidates the checksum values that were shipped in the Base SAS software, thereby causing a failure. No checksum values are shipped with SAS Enterprise Miner. This failure does not affect the rest of the installation, and you can ignore it.
A fix for this issue is planned for a future release.
